THE SWAN BRIDE formed in 2006 as a result of several (un)fortunate events. Since then these four guys from Zilina (Slovakia) are trying hard to find their own voice in terms of musical expression. By mixing different genres from rock’n’roll, garage punk, rockabilly and surf rock to german cabaret and even classical music, they’ve earned a stable place on the developing slovak alternative scene. In 2007 Swan Bride released their debut EP „Monsters in Your Drawers“ containing the single „Alternate Ego“, which topped the Radio_FM chart. They have performed at many festivals and opened for MARTLIN MANSON in Bratislava. The Swan Bride will soon release their first LP called „2“.
